Obituary of Stephen O'Brian Simmons

 Pikeville – Mr. Stephen O’Brian Simmons, 31, passed away, Friday August 3, 2018 in Georgia.  He was born in Crossville, Tennessee on May 22, 1987.  He attended school in Van Buren, Bledsoe and Fentress Counties.

He is survived by his father, Stephen Paul (Vickie Carol) Simmons; mother, Joanie Layne (Jimmy) Davis; brother, Justin Paul Simmons; sister, Madeline (Jake) Mills; grandparents, Paul and Deanna Simmons, Barbara Higdon and Billy Layne; adoptive mother, Nicole Combs Simmons Avery and siblings Ashley (Cody) Branstetter, Gabriel Avery, Nicholas Avery, and Peyton Avery; uncle, Joe Simmons; aunt, Diana Michelle “Shelly” (Tony) Cross; several cousins, niece, nephews aunts and uncles to numerous to mention but not forgotton.
