Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mr. Rodney Gerald Layne, 74, passed away, Sunday September 2, 2018 at his home. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on July 22, 1944 to Andrew and Willie Mae Brown Layne who preceded him in death along with his son, Samuel Layne; sister, Andrea Mae Cozart; brother, Hugh Thomas Layne.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Cash Layne; son, Josh Layne; daughter, Lisa Layne; sister, Theresa Layne; brother, Tim Layne; several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen.
