Spencer, TN-Mr. William Homer Dees, 59, passed away Wednesday March 20, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Hospital. William was born in San Antonio, TX November 15, 1959 to Ralph Henry and Nellie Ruth Dees.
Mr. Dees chose cremation and there will be no services.
