WHITWELL, TN - Mr. David Eugene Lockhart, 56, passed away September 4, 2021 at his home. He was born in Tuscon, AZ on November 6, 1964 to James Harold and Cecilia Smith Lockhart who preceded him in death along with his sister, Brenda Lee Olters.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie Soutullo Lockhart, sons, David and Dillon Lockhart; step-daughters, Amanda Poole and Catherine Rogers; brothers, James (Renita) and Bill Lockhart; 5 grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Griffiths Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN
