Obituary of James Ray Frisbee

Beersheba Springs, Tennessee – Mr. James Ray Frisbee, 54, passed away Wednesday September 8, 2021 with complications from Covid 19.

He was born in Marion, Kansas on November 27, 1966 to Harvey Lee Frisbee and Sylvia Beatrice Jones Campbell; step-father, Melvin Campbell; grandchildren, Willow and Crimson Frisbee who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Diane Skinner Frisbee; sons, William (Selina) Frisbee, Christopher (Tiffany) Hurlocker, Tommy (Tricia) Frisbee, David and Kevin Frisbee; daughters, Katie (Aaron) Hatt, Breanna and Janie Frisbee; brothers, David (Donna) Frisbee; sister, Kathy (Russell) Nunley; 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Minister William “Bill” Frisbee officiating with burial to follow in the Little Johnny Myers Cemetery.

Visitation: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee.
