Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mrs. Laura Jean Newson, 58, passed away Friday January 21, 2022, at the STRHS-Hospital in Winchester, Tennessee. She was born in Painesville, Ohio on April 13, 1963.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tonny W. Newson; mother and father, Barbara Jean Leon Nolan and James Nolan; father, James Willoughby.
She is survived by her son, Logan C. Newson; sisters, Elizabeth Suzie (Duncan) Chambers, Catherine (Darrell) Gipson; brothers, William Lee “Bill” Nolan, Shawn (Denise) Willoughby, Daniel (Tammy) Willoughby; John (Freda) Nolan and James (Claudette) Nolan; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for a later date and will be announced later.
