Obituary of Allison Clark MacDonell

Spencer, TN-Mrs. Allison Clark Midgett MacDonell, age 58, passed from this life, from an extended illness, Saturday May 7, 2022 at her home with her daughter at her bedside. Allison was born on August 26, 1963 in Aschaffenburg, Germany (where her father served in the military) to the late Carl Glenn Midgett and the late Evelyn Gail Clark Weaver. Allison was a forklift operator for Precision Molding in Sparta.

In addition to her parents, Allison was preceded in death by her husband; Steve MacDonell, brother; Sandy Midgett, maternal grandparents; Egar and Phoebe Haston Clark, uncle; Edward Clark and cousin; Janice Clark.

Allison is survived by her loving family, daughter; Melissa Frierson, sisters; Kimberly Midgett (Mike) Swain, Robin Midgett Fedeli, granddaughter; Christina Ottinger, grandson; Carl Ottinger, Aunt; Marjorie Clark, stepmother; Lois Midgett, cousins; Buddy Clark, Brenda Clark Anderson, sister-in-law; Cindy Warlick. Three nieces, two great-nieces, one great-nephew and a large extended family.

A memorial visitation, with family and friends, will occur Saturday May 21, 2022 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Layne Funeral Home with a memorial graveside service in Spencer Town Cemetery at 2:00pm with Bro. Gene Brock Officiating.
