Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mrs. Sherry O. Meeks, 73, passed away Thursday May 26, 2022, at the Waters of Winchester nursing home. She was born in Sewanee, Tennessee on July 24, 1948, to Pascal Meeks and Lillie Bell Rust who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Jeff, and Kevin Cannon; sister, Rochelle Garner; granddaughters, Amanda Shae (Jeremiah) Mullins and Miranda Caldwell; great grandchildren, Harper, Phoenix and Eli.
A visitation will be held Thursday June 2, 2022, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
Private burial for her ashes will be at Fall Creek Cemetery.
