Obituary of Carl Eugene Worley

PALMER - Mr. Carl Eugene Worley, 89, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022. He was born on August 17, 1933 to Leroy and Esther Defur Worley who preceded him in death along with his brothers, James, Kenneth, Ray and Melvin Worley; infant brother, Clyde Worley; sisters, Hazel Nunley, Mattie Floyd and Ruby Caldwell

He is survived by his wife Juanita Crabtree Worley; sons, Rocky (Heather) Sloan, Jeff (Lori) Worley and Jerry Worley; daughter, Deb Worley; sister, Louise Kilgore; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. John Potts and Bro. Ronnie Partin officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN
