Obituary of Juwana Gay McCoy

Juwana Gay McCoy, age 57, passed away Thursday November 24, 2022 at River Park Hospital from a sudden illness. Juwana was born on March 7, 1965 to James Howard Hale and the late Leona Curtiss Hale. Juwana was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ and a 1983 graduate of Van Buren County High School.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by husband; Walter Linn McCoy, granddaughter; Jaycee Madewell, grandson; Bentley McCoy, brothers; James Lynn. and Gregory Douglas Hale.

Juwana is survived by daughter; Angel Madewell, son; Jared McCoy, father; James Hale, grandchildren; Ashlynn, Jayden, Thelie, Joshlynn Madewell and Havyn McCoy, great-grandchild; Jameson Williams. Several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

Graveside services will be held Sunday November 27, 2022 at 2:00pm in Long Cemetery with Bro. R. C. Christian and Candice Brewer officiating. There will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.
