Jasmine Paige Shockley, age 10, of Cookeville, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016.
Miss Shockley was born April 19, 2006 in Cookeville to Bryce Shockley and Tiffany LaFever Shockley. She was a student at Prescott Elementary School.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by, grandparents Ronnie and Tammy Shockley and Bill and Connie LaFever; great-grandparents, Gladys Shockley, Therese LaFever, and Irene and Johnny Phy; siblings, Blake Shockley, and Paris and Golden Poole; uncles, Brylon and Jesslyn Shockley and Adam LaFever; and aunt Dixie Griggs.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Jessie Shockley and Ray LaFever.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 2:00 PM with R.C. Christian officiating. Burial will follow at the Seitz Cemetery. There will be a period of visitation with the family from 12 PM until time of service.
