Spencer – Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Argo, 64, passed away Friday March 17, 2017 at the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She was born in Spencer, Tennessee on January 6, 1953.
She was employed by H & R Block Tax service as a preparer and teacher for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Paulette Argo.
She is survived by her parents, Howell and Jean Wheeler Argo; son, Brandon Seth (Samantha) Argo; brother, Howell Tony (Donna) Argo; sisters, Annette (Jackie) Corvin and Tommy Dunaway; special friend, Carolyn Edwards.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the Layne Funeral Home chapel with Minister Gene Brock officiating with burial to follow in the Walling Cemetery. Visitation: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday at Layne Funeral Home, Spencer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
