Palmer – Mrs. Kathy Marie Morrison, 55, died, Saturday April 8, 2017 at the STRHS-Sewanee Hospital after a struggle with cancer. She was born in Spencer, Tennessee on March 8, 1962 to J.D. Hillis and Betty Marie Kenner Swindell who preceded her in death along with 2 grandchildren, Taylor and Gavin.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Morrison; daughter, Jamie Dion Morrison; sister. Gaberial (Rudy) Nolan; 2 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
