ALTAMONT – James Lee Meeks, 73, passed away June 3, 2018. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #405 F&AM.
He was born August 12, 1944 to Clyde and Oma Lee Kilgore Meeks who preceded him in death along with his son, Michael Patton; brother, Raymond Meeks.
He is survived by his wife, Rona Lee Givens Meeks; daughter, Melissa (Robbie) Daniel; son, Chris Meeks; grandchildren, Tiffany, Jake, Cody, Hannah, Sophie and Westley; great-grandchild, Khloe.
Funeral services will be 2:00 Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Morris Hobbs officiating with burial to follow in the Bethel Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee with Masonic service at 7:00 PM.
